All the information in brief
Move-in will begin on Monday February 17, 2025 at 11 a.m. and end on Thursday February 20, 2025 at 11 a.m. Your time slot will be communicated to you at the beginning of February.
Move-out will take place on Sunday February 23, 2025 from 5:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday February 24, 2025 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- All 10’ X 10’ reservation include 3 exhibitor badges. If your booth is bigger, you will have more badges, proportionnally to the reserved space.
- During the move-in, you have to go to the promoter’s office to pick up your badges.
- During the show, go to the reception to get your badge.
- Your exhibitor badge give you access to your booth. If your need more, you can get them at a cost of $10 +tax each.

Each exhibitor will receive 30 courtesy tickets. You can offer them to your best customers, partners, family or friends. If you want more, you can buy some at a cost of $10 each.

Exhibitors who wish can reserve accommodation at the Imperia Hotel in Terrebonne. To reserve online, enter the discount code DISTRICT HABITAT or call 450-492-3336, mention the room block “District Habitat” to have entitled to 15% off the regular price on the day of the call.
There is no deadline to take advantage of the discount. It is valid as long as there are rooms available, then regular rates will apply depending on availability. Please note that you can cancel your stay 72 hours before the arrival date free of charge, then you will have to pay the total amount of your reservation despite the cancellation.
