Vitres.net is a residential and commercial exterior maintenance company throughout Quebec. We offer interior and exterior window cleaning services, gutter washing and emptying and pressure washing. We use new technologies with pure water without scale in order to offer a higher quality and safer service. Our clients are residential: houses, condos, chalets, etc. and commercial: condominiums, concessionaires, schools, residences, etc…
Our team is young and dynamic and made up of three management graduates, allowing us to put technology forward. Vitres.net was created in 2001, with the mission of revolutionizing the window cleaning industry through a student franchise model. Following the arrival of the pandemic in 2020 and the difficulty of controlling the quality of work offered by students, the current president decided to change the business model. For 3 years now, we have been managing salespeople and technicians directly from the head office to ensure that we offer an unparalleled customer experience and good quality.
Our pure water technologies come from the United States and Europe and are increasingly popular in Quebec. We take water from the aqueduct and purify it in our factory trucks to remove all salts and minerals; this process is called reverse osmosis. Once the water is purified, we use telescopic poles that can go up to 50 feet (5 stories) to scrub the dirt and rinse the window. As the water is 100% pure, rinsing leaves no traces.
