L’Archiv is an innovative company located in Vieux-Terrebonne, offering various real estate services, ranging from the design of real estate projects to their complete management.
Our mission is to offer a professional service to real estate owners and investors through a turnkey solution in order to free them from cumbersome tasks related to the management of buildings in various fields, such as multi-residential, office, retail, condominium and hotel. .
Our team is committed to the mission of the company which translates into a diversified and complete service offer, such as building maintenance, complete project marketing, leasing and tenant management. The Archiv also offers consulting or adaptive (à la carte) services in property management and offers short-term accommodation in the historic district of Vieux-Terrebonne.
With a history of more than 10 years of experience in the field, L’Archiv is an innovative company that was created in April 2021 as a subsidiary of the companies Construction Vilan and Dupré Construction.
In August 2021, L’Archiv the real estate and marketing incubator was inaugurated at 756 rue St-Louis in Terrebonne. The exceptionally designed building houses seven companies revolving around the field of real estate and marketing, including its own administrative offices.
In team composition, the administration advocates the values of pay equity and cultural diversity. In addition to supporting local organizations such as the Fondation Santé Sud Lanaudière by participating in various fundraising activities, of which Mathieu Jean-Marie, shareholder of the company, is a member of the board of directors.
