BBQ Québec is a family SME founded by two brothers passionate about BBQ, Maxime and Jean-Philippe Lavoie. Having participated in several BBQ competitions around the world, some of which ended with a podium, as well as in a multitude of programs, both on TV and on the radio, the two brothers have carved out a place for themselves. to them in the world of BBQ. Their ultimate goal? Changing the world, one BBQ at a time.
Always on the lookout for new things, the two brothers create a series of dry sauces and marinades, new varieties of which will appear in 2022. He is also the one who tests new technological gadgets for the BBQ, such as digital thermometers, by example.
