Virginie Côté holds the position of vice-president while Raphaël Côté assumes the functions of vice-president of business development and Benoit Leduc has held the position of CEO of the company for 10 years now. Today, Maisons usinées Côté has 100 permanent employees at its head office in addition to the staff of its second branch located in Rivière-Rouge near Mont-Tremblant and, since 2014, in Gatineau in the Outaouais region.

Maisons usinées Côté was founded in 1989 by Réjean Côté, president of the company, whose ambition was to run a family business that would set itself apart from other builders. The company’s head office and its plant, which covers more than 30,000 square feet, are located in Saint-Lin-Laurentides. Always on the lookout for new technologies and working methods, the company has tripled its annual production over the past ten years.
