Nicolas Wegel and Damien Maupoint de Vandeul are the owners of EAC Construction, involved and present at all levels. Mireille Thériault is our bidder manager, Mathieu St Gelais and Fabrice Lucas are estimators and Julien Serre takes care of the administration. Bruno manages the site managers, the carpenters and the relations with the customers during the work.
Damien and Nicolas met at rugby 8 years ago (yes, two Frenchmen in Montreal). Damien had a background in construction in France while Nicolas comes from the world of administration. So they decided to join forces. Seeing that they could not wear all the hats and having the objective to grow the company, a whole team was created to contribute to EAC construction which was finally born in 2018.
EAC Construction, based in the Village, is a unique company that stands out as the very first and unfortunately only openly inclusive and pro LGBT+ construction company in Canada.
